It seems every time you hear there is a cut in VAT people go nuts jumping up and down with joy thinking their trip to the hairdressers is going to be costing alot less, but there is good and bad news in the recent announcement. You see all tops salons will pass on the great savings to their clients, whilst like everything else larger salons will continue to make money at all cost.

So the best thing you can do is stay with your salon if its a reputable one and if not then you really should think about heading elsewhere!!
