Subject: Dreadful experience : Revolve Studios Cheltenham

After a terrible haircut at Revolve Studios in Cheltenham recently I wrote to them requesting a full refund and reimbursment for the hairdresser that I had to visit to try to repair some of the damage they did! This they have refused and even accused me of cutting it myself. I have since met through facebook five others that have bad experiences at the salon and have had to pay other decent talented hairdressers to correct it for them – Revolve still shirk all responsibility and refuse to believe that they could be in the wrong. I for one am not happy and intend to persue the matter further, through the courts if necessary to ensure that people are prevented from repeating this over and over. I have a solicitor that is willing to represent me further and I have arranged for them to meet up with the othet unsatisfied customers and is looking at the possibility of bringing a joint case.
